Cabin Crew Hiring 2026
in the Philippines

Thinking about a cabin crew career change, or preparing for your first airline application? A hiring alert can help you spot a real opportunity and give yourself more time to get ready.
Looking for your next cabin crew application? This issue brings together Cebu Pacific/Cebgo’s current Manila recruitment listing and a PAL Express invitation update for September 22. Here is who each announcement is for, the next step, and where to read the original details.
Both recruitment processes use invitations. Cebu Pacific/Cebgo has an online application route. PAL Express’s announcement is an update for a specific applicant group and does not include a public application form.
| Airline | Who / status | Schedule | Next step |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cebu Pacific / Cebgo | Filipino nationals in the Philippines; applications open | Assessment schedule sent by email | Apply online |
| PAL Express | Specified applicant group; official invitation required | 22 Sep 2026, 7:00 AM, Pasay | Read invitation update |
Cebu Pacific / Cebgo cabin crew hiring
Role: Cabin Crew (Recruitment in Manila), Job J_7949. The employer’s careers page displays an Apply Now action. It lists Cabin Services, Pasay, and probationary employment. Cebu Air may select successful applicants for Cebu Pacific or Cebgo and assign a base outside Metro Manila, such as Cebu or Clark.
Who can apply?
- Filipino nationals currently based in the Philippines.
- At least Senior High School / Grade 12 completed.
- Minimum height: female applicants 5 ft 3 in; male applicants 5 ft 7 in. Reach test: 210 cm.
- Proficiency in Filipino and English, fitness for training and cabin crew duties, and a customer-focused approach.
- Confidence, creative problem solving, and willingness to be based outside Manila.
You can apply without previous cabin crew experience. The listing prefers previous experience, particularly A320/321/330 qualification, but does not make that a requirement for every applicant.
Application, documents and schedule
Apply through the official careers listing for Job J_7949. Submit an updated resume with a recent photograph. The airline says it considers applications submitted through its official careers site.
The recruitment venue is the Cebu Pacific Building, Domestic Road, Pasay City. Assessment is by invitation. Talent Acquisition sends the date and time to the email address used in your application. The listing does not state a public event date or closing date; do not assume it shares PAL Express’s September 22 schedule.
Assessment attire stated in the listing
Male applicants: trousers and a short-sleeved polo; no blazer, coat or jacket required. Female applicants: a short-sleeved inner top, blazer or jacket, knee-length skirt, hair in a bun and appropriate makeup. Follow any updated instructions in your invitation.
The airline states it does not ask candidates to pay during recruitment. Use the original careers page for current instructions.

PAL Express: September 22 Manila cabin crew hiring
When: 22 September 2026 at 7:00 AM, local Pasay time.
Where: LKTJ Center, Andrews Avenue, Pasay City.
Format: Invitation only. No walk-ins.
Who is this update for?
The official PAL Express post identifies applicants who did not receive an invitation to the 14 August 2026 Manila hiring. Being in that group does not replace the need for an official invitation.
Watch for the airline’s email and complete the MS Forms confirmation linked inside it. Follow the instructions in that email. This announcement does not provide a public application URL, a closing date, a document checklist, general eligibility thresholds or a confirmed employment base.
PAL Express also notes that some applicants who pass screening may need to return on a later date to continue, depending on applicant volume. A September 22 invitation therefore does not promise that every stage will finish that day.

Other airlines and recruiters checked
I also looked beyond these two announcements. These are research results, not claims that an airline has stopped hiring.
- Emirates: The official events page displayed Philippines and No results found. This is not a statement about worldwide recruitment. Official source.
- Qatar Airways: Official cabin crew search returned overseas recruitment events; only the first six of fourteen results were retrieved. No Philippine opening verified; coverage incomplete. Official source.
- Oman Air: Official vacancy portal returned 502 Bad Gateway. Official source.
- IPAMS: Website and official social discovery did not yield a readable current cabin crew vacancy. The general application procedure is not a vacancy. Official source.
- Riyadh Air: A Manila recruitment URL was discovered, but the job content did not load. No current event or application availability verified. Official source.
- AirAsia: General cabin crew page links to an application form, but current Philippine eligibility and recruitment dates were not verified. An October 2025 repost was excluded as expired. Official source.
Community reposts helped identify leads, including posts in the cabin crew group you may already follow. The opportunities included above were checked against original employer sources. Old events and listings whose current details could not be verified were excluded.
